Contact-form submissions are not a booking

Submitting our contact form tells us you'd like to hear from us — it does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will follow up to confirm scheduling. For an active electrical emergency, call our emergency line directly at rather than waiting on a form reply.

Quotes and pricing

Any price or estimate given over the phone or by email before an in-person inspection is preliminary and subject to change once the actual scope of work is confirmed on site. Final pricing is only binding once presented in writing and accepted by you.

Limitation of liability

We carry out all work in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer specifications. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
